Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch.
Australia
- Orders over A$50: Free standard shipping.
- Orders under A$50: Current standard shipping is A$9.99.
- Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by public holidays, peak periods, weather, carrier networks and other delays outside our control.
International Shipping
PawHubbi ships to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery timeframes depend on the destination. The options shown at checkout and our published Shipping Policy provide the current details.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. If a parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact pawhubbi@gmail.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
Address Changes
Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
