At PawHubbi, we aim to make delivery information clear and practical. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs, peak periods and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, peak sales periods or where an order requires additional verification. You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Shipping Within Australia
Orders over A$50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under A$50 are charged A$9.99 for standard shipping unless a different rate is displayed at checkout. Estimated standard delivery within Australia is generally 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and available shipping service. The applicable shipping options, charges and available delivery information will be shown at checkout before payment where available. International orders may experience additional delays due to customs processing, local carrier conditions or other destination-specific factors.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for an order, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours after dispatch to begin showing updates.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed or tracking appears to have stopped updating, contact us at support@pawhubbi.store with your order number. We will review the available tracking and fulfillment information and assist with the appropriate next steps. Any remedy for lost, damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be provided in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Returns Policy.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
