Do you ship across Australia?
Yes. PawHubbi ships to Australian states and territories. Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over A$50; orders under A$50 are charged the current standard rate shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

How long does Australian delivery take?
Our current standard estimate is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates can vary during peak periods or because of carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to selected international destinations. Available methods, rates and estimated timeframes depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for current details.

Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available for your shipment, the details are sent with your dispatch confirmation. Tracking updates can take some time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
Eligible change-of-mind items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exclusions in our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
