At PawHubbi, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.


30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return:


The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in the original packaging

You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items


Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons — e.g. grooming tools, litter boxes)

Items marked as final sale

How to Start a Return


Email us at support@pawhubbi.store with your order number and reason for return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged goods, etc.).


Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
